It was a monumental achievement for Shahid to reach the final of the British Asian Sports Awards (BASA), The event was witnessed by some of the most influential people in sport .

Shahid Sheikh has just been informed that he has made it to the final of the prestigious British Asian Sports Awards (BASA), he is being recognised for his work with Sport within the Community .

The glamorous event will take place on Saturday 16th February 2008 at the London Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, 6.30pm. The event is viewed by millions of Sony Entertainment Television viewers across the globe, and receives unrivalled attention from the world's media.

The first article, 'Britain is home say Ugandan Asians', talks about how Ugandans who came to UK some years ago, have settled and now call Britain home. The second article, 'Love Africa as you would Love your own Mother', is a feature done on our chairman, Khalid Sheikh's trip to Uganda to the CHOGM Business Forum 2007. The third and final article, 'Diwali & Eid biggest ever after-party in Leicester', which was oraganised by Clifton Event Management.
